I do my utmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to ensure your personal data is kept safe and secure.

  • Photographs of the client’s hair and makeup after a trial and on the event day.

  • Due to the specialist nature of the business, contact numbers and information may be required to be kept for several years. For example: if your initial enquiry is in 2018 and your event is in 2020 your contact details and information are stored securely and kept but only with your consent.

  • To provide a bespoke, personal service tailored to your requirements.

  • To contact you about offers and services I think may be of interest you again only with your consent.

  • Where we have a legal right or duty to disclose your information (for example in relation to an investigation by a public authority or in a legal dispute).

  • Nicola Whitfield MUA holds email addresses given by potential clients when an enquiry form is filled in. In this instance you will only be contacted in regards of relevant information/booking and contact details


​I will not retain and store your data for longer than is deemed necessary for the purposes set out above. The maximum period I will normally hold any data is six years.
